I’m talking about reform to all levels here: from general policy reform – improving syllabus and standardized tests, buying and making new school books, recruiting and training thousands of teachers, head of CISCO - to helping poor family with school kits including backpack, books, and uniforms. Whether these actions reached the intended respective objectives or not, that is a matter of evaluation of facts injected with personal opinion; I am personally not going to go to that. My opinion is that the government did what they were supposed to do. Now, I am sorry for the term but everything is FAILING: staring with adding politics to BEPC examination subjects, changing head of CISCO because they don’t want to follow you political ideology; stripping the uniform of the kids,…who knows soon only TGV parents can send kids to public school.
